These terms are a draft for the operator of YourAIKit. They describe how the site is meant to work once checkout is connected. They are not a client engagement and they are not legal advice to buyers or to the operator.

Who operates the site

YourAIKit is operated by Jason Wietholter. The public bio is at jasonwietholter.com. Questions about these draft terms can wait until a contact address is published. There is no mailbox on this draft.

What you are buying

Packs, niche kits, the all-access bundle, and Pro membership are digital files: instructions you run inside your own AI account. YourAIKit does not host an agent for you, does not connect to your inbox or client files, and does not see the text you paste into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.

YourAIKit products are workflow tools. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Outputs are drafts for you to check. You are responsible for what you send to a client, a court, a customer, or a tax authority.

Checkout

When the buy buttons are connected, card payments are processed by Stripe. YourAIKit does not store card numbers. Stripe can collect the billing details tax rules require if Stripe Tax is turned on. YourAIKit is the seller. Stripe is the payment processor, not the merchant of record. Until a button's URL is replaced, the button is a placeholder and is not a live offer.

After a successful payment, Stripe shows the success page and emails its own receipt. The download link is a separate email from Resend, sent by the site webhook once that webhook is connected. Until then, the receipt is the record of the purchase and the file is not sent automatically.

License

Use of the files is covered by the buyer license. The short version: one person, no resale. A team license covers five named seats at three times the single-user price.

Membership

Pro is described on the pricing page: the full library, a voice-profile setup, a private update feed, and four new items a month once membership is open. The monthly, yearly, and founding prices are Stripe Payment Links on recurring Prices. Founding pricing for the first 100 members has to be enforced in Stripe (a limited link or a coupon). This website does not count seats.

Refunds (proposed)

Proposed policy, not yet in effect: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the files are materially not as described. Refunds are issued from Stripe. A change of mind after you have used the prompts in paid client work is not proposed as a ground for a refund. Jason needs to accept or replace this paragraph before the page is published.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, to scrape the catalog in order to republish it, or to interfere with the service. You may not upload anyone else's personal data into the newsletter form.

No warranty

The files are provided as is. They are unproven in your practice until you try them on your own material. YourAIKit does not warrant that an output is accurate, complete, or fit for a filing, a return, a solicitation, or an investment decision.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. YourAIKit is not liable for lost clients, missed deadlines, or decisions you make from a draft the kit produced.

Changes

These terms can change. The published date will change with them. Continued use of files you already downloaded follows the license you bought under, plus any bug-fix update you accept.
