Buyer license

This is the draft buyer license for YourAIKit files. It is a single-user license. It is not legal advice, and the products themselves are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

The grant

When you buy a pack, a niche kit, or the all-access bundle, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those files for your own work. One purchase is one person. You may use the outputs (the email you edited, the summary you checked, the timeline you verified) in your job and in client deliverables.

No resale

You may not sell, sublicense, publish, or give away the files, the prompts, the skill folders, or the GPT instructions. You may not upload them to a prompt marketplace or fold them into a product you sell. You may not share a login to the download.

Team license

A team license covers five named seats and costs three times the single-user price of that pack or of the bundle. Each seat is a person. The five people may use the files internally. They may not redistribute them outside the team. A team license is not a white-label right.

Pro membership seats for a team are not part of this draft. Membership on the pricing page is priced for one person.

Outputs

You own the drafts you create with the kits, subject to your AI provider's terms and to the rights in any text you pasted in. You do not need to credit YourAIKit on an output. You do need to check the output. YourAIKit products are workflow tools. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Updates (proposed)

Proposed, not yet confirmed: a pack purchase includes bug-fix updates to the files in that pack. New items, and the monthly drop, are a Pro benefit. The all-access bundle is the library as it exists at purchase, not a subscription.

When the license ends

If you resell or publish the files, the license ends. You must delete the files. Outputs you already sent in the ordinary course of work can stay where you sent them.

As is

The files are tools for formatting, drafting, and structuring work you review. No warranty, and no professional relationship, comes with the download.
